Yes. We work with referral partners including case managers, universities, healthcare coordinators, veteran organizations, and community-based programs. All referral-based placements require submission of our Referral Partner Intake Form for review.

Payment structure and responsibility are confirmed prior to placement.

No. D-Way Housing Solutions provides housing only. We do not provide clinical care, case management, supervision, or supportive services. Any external support services remain the responsibility of the referring organization or resident.

No. Submission of an inquiry or referral form does not guarantee availability or placement. All requests are reviewed prior to approval.

Referral partners should complete the Referral Partner Intake Form, available on our website or by request. Our team will review the submission and follow up regarding availability and next steps.
