How do I check availability and book a rental?
Each property listing includes a live calendar. You can select your preferred dates and complete the simple booking process directly on the page.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes. Most properties require a minimum of 2 nights. Specific requirements are listed clearly on each individual property page.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel or modify your reservation in line with our cancellation policy. You will see the details before confirming your booking, and they are also included in your confirmation email.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. PayPal may also be available depending on the property.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. All charges — including taxes and cleaning fees — are clearly shown before you finalize your booking. What you see is what you pay.

When will I be charged?
In most cases, your payment is processed immediately when you confirm your booking. For some properties, partial payments or deposits may be available.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, feel free to contact us in advance — we will try to accommodate if possible.

Will someone meet me at the property?
Most of our properties offer self check-in. You will receive detailed instructions via email 24 hours before arrival, including codes or key pickup locations.

What is included in the rental?
Your stay includes free WiFi, clean bed linens, fresh towels, kitchen utensils, toiletries, and other essentials. Some homes may offer extras like laundry machines or streaming services — check the listing for details.

Is there a security deposit?
Some rentals require a refundable security deposit. If applicable, the amount and terms will be displayed during the booking process.

Are pets allowed?
Some properties are pet-friendly, while others are not. You can use our filter to find pet-friendly options or check the policy on each property page.

Is smoking allowed?
All our properties are non-smoking. Smoking indoors may result in a cleaning fee or damage deposit being withheld.
