Nice quite 3 bed 3 bath home Centrally Located!!

I am a travel nurse who is looking to help other travel professionals! With that being said, I am slightly germ-a- phob...so no shoes or inside pets allowed. People from all backgrounds are welcomed in my quite & friendly home! This private home is located in a great West Salem neighborhood. It is professionally decorated with an modern touch. From the covered front porch, you will walk into the spacious living room and around to the dining area which opens to the kitchen. The kitchen includes all new appliances, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a center island. There is a coffee maker, blender and toaster available as well. The master bedroom includes a pillow top Queen size bed, smart television, in suite bathroom with walk-in closet. The 2nd (second) bedroom includes a queen size bed/tv with a slightly firmer mattress and also has a closet. The 3rd bedroom includes a Queen Size platform bed with nice pillows. The 3rd (third) bedroom has a small tv as well. We provide 100% Egyptian cotton sheets for every bed. All the TVs (minus master BR) include a Roku stick with access to Netflix, Hulu and the free Roku channel where you can stream all your favorite shows/movies . The smart TV in the master BR allows access to HULU and NETFLIX. There is a total of4 TVs in the home. There is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, detergent and a door that may be closed to minimize noise. There is also a deck attached to the back of the home for a quite space to read and relax. Sorry no garage access but there is plenty of free parking in the driveway. My space is very safe. There are cameras at the front and back doors for our safety. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home. Retired police officer and preacher & wife are my neighbors to the left and right. Please respect the neighbors. I am also very close to a fire station and a police station. Yes! Safety matters :) Please consider my place. Thats why I loved living here! public transportation is available but a car is recommended for this area There are two different heating/cooling units for this home. One controls the upstairs and the other the downstairs. Please let me know what temperatures you prefer as they are adjusted remotely. *Please note. Due to Covid-19, the place is disinfected after each guest and there is 24hrs between each booked guest to decrease the spread of the virus.
